Welcome to Ely’s newest sourdough micro-bakery, producing small batches of hand made bread to order, using natural products that are, wherever possible, organic and locally sourced.

Due to a teacher training day at my daughter’s school I will be closing early, at 2.30pm, on Friday 24th May.

May’s special – The Parmy!

The last week of May means the last week of the Parmy – a cheesy loaf that also uses herbs from my garden. This one features parmesan, smoked garlic and rosemary. With all these garden herbs, all I have to do now to get the food miles down to zero is hide a cow behind my shed!

How it works
Just order your bread online in advance (until 36 hours before each bake day), then pick up between 8.30am and 2.30pm on Wednesdays and 8.30am and 6pm on Fridays. Find out more here.

Ely market
Next month I’ll be attending the second farmer’s market due to a weekend break earlier in the month – Saturday 22 June.
