Description
A classic fruity loaf made (after quite a few requests from my customers) with the same dough as my hot cross buns, packed with vine fruit, spices and orange. Definitely best toasted and slathered with melting butter, and the good news is that, as this doesn’t have a cross on top, you don’t have to wait until Easter to enjoy it!
Ingredients: organic white wheat flour, organic stoneground white wheat flour, orange, organic milk, sultanas, raisins, currants, demerara sugar, organic butter, eggs, rapeseed oil, sea salt, orange zest, nutmeg, organic cinnamon, allspice, clove, star anise, water
