Description
A bit of fun here, a two colour Shokupan using nothing but the magic of purple sweet potato to add the swirl – no artificial colours, no e-numbers, no dust from outer space. Inspired by the Philippino ube bread, and based on my existing yeasted Shokupan recipe, it’s soft and tender, and will bring a bit of colour to your plate.
Ingredients: organic white wheat flour, organic milk, purple sweet potato, organic butter, eggs, caster sugar, yeast, sea salt
