Description
A white sourdough batard (the same size as the Bastard) made with Wells Alpine cheese and caramelised onions. The natural sweetness of the cheese pairs wonderfully well with the sweetness of the caramelised onions, a touch of balsamic vinegar bringing it all together.
On the website as a one-off special, a batch will also be going to Victoria’s cheese on Friday.
