Description
A delightful fig and pumpkin seed loaf, made using our versatile bastard dough, and with figs supplied by the generous Ely fig fairy, harvested from her garden.
The roasted figs impart a delicate flavour through the loaf, with little bursts of more intense figgyness as you stumble across little clumps of the fruit. All balanced nicely by the nuttiness of the pumpkin seeds that keep this a savoury loaf, excellent with cheese.
The size is halfway between the original little Bastard and the Big bastard.
