Description
A cheesy white sourdough batard (the same size as the Bastard) made with Cropwell Bishop Stilton. Unlike most of my cheese loaves the Stilton is kneaded into the dough rather than added as chunks, leading to a wonderfully soft and tender cheesy crumb and crisp crust.
Ingredients: organic white wheat flour, organic stoneground white wheat flour, Stilton, sea salt, water
