Description
A white sourdough loaf enriched with lashings of red Leicester and sage (from the crazy bush in my garden), topped with a generous helping of extra mature cheddar and black pepper. I like to think that this is the type of loaf that a member of the upper classes (maybe even a royal!) would eat when they’re just a little bit too posh to reach for the Mini Cheddars.
